Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy Pre-booking is required for all Christmas Festival Menu reservations. Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least 48 hours before your booking. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the reservation may incur a charge equal to the full menu price per person. If guests fail to attend without prior notice, the full menu price may be charged. We kindly request punctual arrival to ensure the best dining experience.
